On the day of arrival, check-in starts at 4 PM.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 AM.
To avoid long waiting times upon departure, you can pay your bill at the front desk the day before.
If you decide to depart early, you must still cover the entire booking fee.
Your four-legged family members are also very welcome here. We charge €19.00 per pet per night without food.

Our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet awaits you daily from 8 AM to 10 AM. If you booked your room without breakfast but would like to come for breakfast, please register in advance at the front desk.
The village store right next to our hotel offers a selection of fresh bread. Upon request, you can have the bread delivered directly to your apartment during your entire stay starting at 8 AM. The order list incl. Prices are available at the front desk. If you would like to use the bread delivery service, please turn in the completed order list at the front desk the day before the desired delivery.
Multi-course dinner menu or themed buffet from Monday to Saturday
Our à la carte restaurant is available to you from 6 PM – 8 PM. Sunday is our day off. Therefore, we close the kitchen after breakfast. We will gladly recommend some restaurants nearby. If you booked your room without Alpenrose Indulgence Package Plus, please register for dinner at the front desk.
Cancellations are only valid in writing and will be charged as follows:
• up to 29 days before arrival = free
• within 29 days before arrival = 40%
• within 14 days before arrival = 70%
• within 7 days before arrival = 90%
Because something unexpected can always happen, we recommend taking out travel insurance.
It’s good to have cancellation insurance just in case something goes wrong and you have to cancel your booked vacation last minute. As a precaution for cancellations as well as early departures and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance package or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance package (incl. accident benefits).
To make your booking binding, we ask for a deposit of 40% of the total price up to 28 days before arrival.

The nearest bus stop for the regional bus is at the information office, two houses down on the right-hand side. You can get the bus schedule at the front desk. With our guest card, the AchenseeCard, the bus to Maurach, Achenkirch, and Jenbach is free of charge.
Mountaineering and ski boots
We thank you for your understanding that the corridors and rooms may not be entered with hiking or ski boots.
Ski and bike room
The ski and bike room in the apartment building can be locked with the apartment key.
Bed linen and towels
We can bring you fresh bed linen or towels upon request. Please put the used linen in the laundry basket under the sink in the bathroom and leave the basket in the corridor in front of the apartment door in the morning. Our housekeeping will then bring you fresh laundry to your apartment free of charge.
Wellness sauna area
A wellness bag with bathrobes and sauna towels is available for you at the front desk. Bath slippers are available at the front desk for a fee of €2.00.
Coffee filter and toilet paper:
A coffee filter and a roll of toilet paper are provided in our apartments for your initial use. Dishwasher tabs are provided for the duration of your stay. Everything else you need can be purchased in the village store.
Waste disposal
Next to the garage is our covered waste container. We ask you to separate your garbage carefully and to empty your residual and organic waste garbage cans there.
Shale oil products
We will provide you with our shale oil products for the duration of your stay. You can purchase these and other products from the assortment at a discount at the front desk. Our house guests receive a 10% discount on all products.
Our prices are per person per night, including VAT and Alpenrose sumptuous breakfast or Alpenrose indulgence half board package (please note: Sunday is our day off) but excluding tourist tax. The prices are valid for bookings of 4 nights or more.
The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 15 and up.
Check-in
On the day of arrival, you can check in at 2 PM.
Check-out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by no later than 11 AM.
To avoid long waiting times upon departure, you can pay your bill at the front desk the day before.

Up to 3 nights the short stay surcharge is €5.00 per person per night.
Children up to 3 years stay free of charge in their parents’ room with two paying adults. Children between the ages of 4 and 9 receive a 50% discount. For children aged 10 to 15, the discount is 30%.
Breakfast buffet
You can enjoy our lovingly prepared breakfast buffet daily from 8 AM to 10 AM. If you booked your room without breakfast but would like to come for breakfast, please register in advance at the front desk.

Hotel bar
Our hotel bar is open daily from 10 AM – 10 PM.
Packed lunch
If you leave early, we will gladly put together a packed lunch for you the evening before. For bookings with breakfast, the packed lunch is free of charge, but a packed lunch can be purchased at any time for an additional charge. Please book in advance.
From 10 PM to 7 AM
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire interior of the hotel. You will find seating and ashtrays on the balcony and in front of the hotel entrance.

Placing external telephone calls requires activation by the front desk. The charges are automatically added to the room bill.
Room safe
We charge €50.00 if the safe key is lost. Please lock up your valuables. We thank you for your understanding that we cannot accept any liability.
Cleaning service
Daily room service is available to hotel guests. If there is a day during your stay when you do not need room service, please hang the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle. It can be booked for an extra charge when you are booking an apartment.
