The practice trail is ideal for beginners. It runs over flat terrain into the valley and is suitable for sledging.
This route takes you into the Gerntal valley and alternates between flat sections and short ascents. The trail takes you through the forest to the Pletzachalm and then along the stream to the Gern Alm Inn.
If you are looking for a real challenge, this route is perfect for you. It takes you across the grounds of the golf club and then through the forest to the Tristenautal valley.
