Contacting
If you contact us using mail, telephone, a web form or e-mail, then we will store and process your forwarded personal data in our databases for 6 months. This is done in order to deal with your request and for business purposes that follow. Data storage
Please note that your personal data as a customer (i.e. your name, address, IP address, credit card number etc.) is stored by our web shops via cookies. This allows us to simplify the shopping process and is needed for the conclusion of the contract. Further information stored from you as a customer includes XXX. The data provided by you is necessary to complete the shopping process and conclude the contract. In other words the data you provide is a prerequisite for a contract between you as a customer and us. If you withdraw from your order and the contract, the stored data is deleted. If the contract is concluded, we store all of the data needed for the contract for 7 years, which marks the end of our obligation to preserve business records. This does not apply to your name, address, type of purchased good and date of purchase. This data is stored for 10 years, which marks the end of the product liability. The processing of your data is done in accordance with the legal provisions of the DSG and the legal provisions of the DSGVO, the General Data Protection Regulation (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract).
